CD- Rom and take notes of the packages, extras that best suit your taste and
budget |

with the info about the products you like and with additional info about
your new home such as location and plans

5. We analyse
your information. Based on the plans, photos, site visit etc. we present you
with a proposal that is in line with your taste and budget |

6. Together we
make the necessary changes and agree on the total package and an approximate
date for installation |

7. We send
you a complete and itemized order confirmation |
| 8. You return
the signed order confirmation including the agreed order deposit. You can
pay either via bank transfer or bank draft |

9. We both keep
in contact with your builder or estate agent with minimum 8 weeks to
completion we agree installation date |

10. Prior to the
actual installing we ask you to pay the balance of the order
|

11. We complete
the installation and convert your new property to a home ready to move into |
|
12. You and your
appointed agent are invited to check everything with our manager and are
required to sign a completion document |

13. Within the
first 3 months we will contact you to organize an after sales service visit |

14. We stay in
touch and keep you informed about new products and services. |
